RETURN & EXCHANGES

RETURN POLICY
- You can return your product within 14 days of receiving your order, with proof of purchase.
- The item must be unused, in re-sellable condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: Gift cards, sale or discounted items, personal items(ex. Pacifiers)
RETURN PROCESS:
- Online orders can be returned in person to Farmer and Daughter Workshop in Sherwood Park, or by mail.
- If the return is for a broken or defective item, we will email you a prepaid return label.
- To start the return procedure, email us at hello@fablemeadows.com.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):
- Refunds or exchanges will be made 1 or 2 business days after receiving the returned item.
- Once inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
- Please note, shipping costs are not refundable.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE):
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- To exchange, send an email to hello@fablemeadows.com and mail your item to the address above.
SHIPPING POLICY:
- To return your product, mail or bring in-person to the above address.
- You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays that are outside of our control.
